Data Collection
Data collected through the website is data (name and email) that you voluntarily provide and give permission to PerpetuaLife Care to collect for registration to programs and to send you other information that may interest you.
PerpetuaLife Care also receives your (name and email) indirectly, when you voluntarily provide it and donate through the Donate button on our website.  Online donations are processed through PayPal and information is governed under their privacy policy. (GDPR)
PLC may also receive data indirectly through Social Media. (Facebook & Instragram Data Policy)

PLC does not knowingly collect information from children under 16.  Please contact us at [email protected] if you suspect a child under 16 has shared information with us so that we can remove it.

Data Use
PLC will use the data to register you for programs, thank you for your donation, respond to your inquiries, regarding the reason that you contacted us and unless you ask us not to, PLC may contact you via email in the future to tell  you about educational and evangelization programs, other content that may interest you, to follow-up on inquiries and/or transactions, to request donations or to contact you about changes to PLC's policies.

Data Sharing
PLC will not rent or sell this information to anyone.  It will be disclosed, in order to comply with and as required by law.

Marketing
PLC will not rent or sell this information to anyone.  PLC may contact you via email in the future to tell you about educational and evangelization programs, other content that may interest you, and to request donations.

Your Data Protection Rights (Incl. Opt Out & Corrections)
You may contact us to find out the information that we have collected on you (GDPR Right to Know), correct inaccuracies, delete it and opt you out of any future contacts from us at any time (GDPR Right to be Forgotten) by emailing [email protected].
